Pre Production
We schedule a video or phone call where we can talk about your business needs, how a 360 Virtual Tour can save you time and money, how quickly you need your property photographed, and which features need to be highlighted.
We find the problems the property is having in regards to getting rentals or being sold, and use virtual tours, video, or photography to solve them. After all, there is a story the property is telling your potential buyers or renters.
During this call, we can both gauge if we are a good fit to work together and we take it from there.

Production
We arrive on-site earlier than the scheduled time to become familiar with the property and/or area, prep our photography gear and/or drones, and begin production on time.
For best results with 360 virtual tours, real estate photography, or any other production, it is best when there are little to no people in the space, that the space is clean and tidy, and the space is exactly how you want your customers to see it.
If you have a pool or grassy area, having it cleaned before production would provide the best results.
Post Processing
We polish images through 5 different pieces of software for maximum quality and load time efficiency.
For video, we export at the best quality and the lowest file sizes depending on the needs for viewing.
Depending on the current editing queue this may take anywhere from 12 to 48 hours for turnaround time and longer for larger projects. Real Estate productions are usually turned around within 48 hours unless otherwise noted.

Delivery
Now it’s time to put this content to work!
Real estate photography photos arrive via a link where you will be able to download all of the content including video files if added to your package.
If you ordered a 360 Virtual Tour, it will arrive as a link to access the tour that is also shareable with clients and some online platforms, you will also receive an embedding link that allows you to add the virtual tour to a website for easy viewing without going to a new page.
VR Tours Hosting And Maintenance
We do it all so you wouldn’t have to. Depending on the package selected, Real Estate Photography photos and video content will be hosted on the link provided for up to a year.
For 360 Virtual Tours, some businesses need refreshers and updated images may need to be retaken at different times throughout the year.
An example would be a furniture store that changes its layout and/or furniture selection through the year and needs it captured in a virtual tour so that customers receive the latest updated selection virtually. Ask about our Hosting and Maintenance packages whether you need to update the tour or you would like to add more features.
Hosting of the virtual tour does need to be renewed either on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. These packages are discussed during the consultation call and/or prior to delivery and final payment.
